This is a straightforward document. We're not a bank, a healthcare provider, or a social media platform — we make bill of sale templates. Here's exactly what we collect, what we don't, and why.
When you use the bill of sale generator, everything you type — names, addresses, driver's license numbers, serial numbers — is processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. It never travels to our servers. The PDF is assembled on your device and downloaded directly to your device.
The only time any data leaves your browser is when you click the payment link to purchase the clean version. At that point, Stripe handles the transaction entirely on their end. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, but not what you typed into the form.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number, bank details, or billing information beyond what Stripe passes back to confirm a completed transaction. If you have questions about how Stripe handles your payment data, their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
We use Google Analytics to understand basic traffic patterns — which state pages get the most visits, where visitors come from, how long they stay. This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not include anything you typed into a form.
We also use standard session cookies to keep the site functioning. These expire when you close your browser.
Some pages link to external resources — official state statutes, the ATF website, or tools like HotGunz for stolen gun checks. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We're not going to notify you by email because we don't have your email unless you contacted us directly.
If something here doesn't make sense or you have a specific concern, use our contact form. We read everything.
